Funny. For years I grew up thinking Jesus was a white man with a beard because of the picture on the left. I was well into my teens before I realized he would look more like a middle eastern. (Yea, I was brainwashed.)

I remember my mother being very racist, she was simple and had a god who sat on a cloud all day putting black marks against the names of all the people who had disrespected her each day- She was convinced that god was white and solely on her side - My brother and I told her what colour jesus would have been and she went totally batshit with us.
