I’m most impressed by the way someone will listen to another person. A child, a stranger, a song or a movie. Everyone has a story to tell, and listening to them is the best education a person can get.

The usual: kindness, respect, honest, hard working, honest and on and on. My add is that I especially respect those who seek the right answer, rather than seeking to be right. It is a rare mindset and leads to better outcomes.

I am impressed by friendliness, kindness, good conversation.

.......and then again, I keep being asked why I am Nobody. It has been an interesting experiment of mine, gotta admit !!!!

How witty they are in conversation. The good they do when they think no one is noticing

I'm impressed by people that recognize their faults and try fix them

Their personality and whether they are pleasant to be around or not.

Overcoming obstacles. Physical or mental

I'm impressed when I experience someone being truly themselves (in a good way) and not worry about perceptions.

I'm impressed with people who consistently treat others with kindness and respect. If that element is missing, it's likely I will avoid contact with that person as much as possible. Degrees? My two best friends both have masters degrees, and I stopped at a bachelors. The respect among the 3 of us is mutual and sincere. Money, except for the struggle our children have earning enough for basic expenses, doesn't get into our conversations very much. Yes, we are professionals who got through college before it became such a financially difficult process and have earned a living wage. We do, therefore, speak from a position of privilege.

Empathy and honesty. These things are so rare. A reason I'm still single.

Two of the above plus intellect. The two are kindness and integrity.

Their level of composure in a difficult situation and level of compassion towards complete strangers.

Intelligence, sense of humor, creativity, and a moderate sense of humility.
