As I am retired I hit the sack when ever it suits me.

2am during weekdays. Wake up at 8am.

Around 3am, although it is 3:30 now. I've been pushing the boundaries lately, was after 5 a few days ago. I have to fight myself to keep it from getting later all the time. I don't always win. 😟

I try to hit the sheets around 10:30pm...so in a few minutes from now, then entertain myself with shows or podcasts if sleep doesn't come right away. Lucky for me I rarely have to get up early in the mornings, so I can stay up late if I choose.

I don't have a bed time.
I am usually up an hour or so before dawn (she is lazy)
and I pack it in when I am tired enough, that is a window of about 9 hours.

2am. 2:30 or so after reading in bed.
