Yes, child, it's all part of that benevolent plan....UNLESS you pray really, really, REALLY hard and make impossible promises and somehow convince the creator of the entire universe, who watches each and every person on the planet (busy boy, isn't he?) and maybe, just MAYBE he'll save you. Or not.

there is no logic unlike most fairy tales the bible has some good rules that make society work but it also hurts
