It’s hard to find a compatible atheist man too. Especially in the south.

Athiest men are rare.

We are out there...just like atheist women are...just very hard to find.

Being less picky might help you find a person, but not necessarily the right sort of person.

Yeah...I just know sometimes I disqualify people for reasons...and I get too hung up on looks.

I think a finding a suitable partner is hard under most circumstances. A lot of people - including me - sometimes get too picky about picking a partner.

Alain de Botton wrote a great article for the New York Times in 2016 called "Why You Will Marry The Wrong Person" where he outlined how the process we use for picking partners is all wrong.

My personal feeling is we should be looking for someone we can get along with well, despite our differences.

Word.

Picky could keep you out of a whole lotta trouble..

Be Bold - Take Chances.
I almost missed out on the most wonderful person in the world because we were friends and I always assumed she was a Catholic and she always assumed I was a Jehovah's Witness because that's how we were raised as children. Turns out we were both Atheists but just didn't announce it to the world.
Life is full of opportunities if we just have the vision to see them and the courage to take advantage of them. Carpe Diem!

Hi Jimmy,

Please smile in your photos. A genuine smile is inviting, warm and appealing. Women want to see your eyes and smile.

The psychology is when you look happy in your photos, women will see you as a fun person they will enjoy being around.

Don't give up. For five years, I lived with my boyfriend, Willy, who lost his left leg below the knee in a motorcycle accident at age 18. Willy is highly intelligent and hilarious. A high school drummer, Willy gave me wonderful, rhythmic massages.

That is my smile in the photos...LOL. Not much of a toothy grin smiler.

@JimmyOneLeg93
You don't look happy in your pictures. Show your pearly whites! Women think:

Nice teeth = healthy mouth = good kisser.

@LiterateHiker I'll take that under advisement

@JimmyOneLeg93

With online dating, every man I met with closed-mouth photos had horrid teeth: missing teeth, broken, black stumps, snaggle-tooth, crooked, gray, black or yellow teeth, and/or breath that stank of rotten meat. Ugh. I can't imagine kissing that.

Now I refuse to meet men with closed-mouth photos. I want to see a genuine, healthy smile.

@LiterateHiker Gotcha

I'm not that picky but I just do not want to travel or relocate. True that I traveled to Kenya for my last lady, but I just cannot afford that any longer.

I say this again and again - move to Australia!

Seriously, dude, unless you move in certain social orbits, religion is not an issue.

If, on the other hand, you are ugly as all get out, that may work against you.

Try harder !   Lol

Your right

Maybe try converting the Christians.

LOL....not my game...but that is one way to it.

There's a reason for that..more than two out of three atheists are men in the US.
