Let me paint a picture.
Pence says, as he falls with Trump: "You are falling so gracefully. No one can ever fall as beautifully as you. I am grateful to be falling with you."
Trump says: "The media will have to thank me for this. The splat we'll make will be huge - the biggest ever. I made that story. They'll have no story without me. Bankrupt. They'll be bankrupt without me."
