All authors should hope for their books to be banned. Best possible advertising. Look what the war on drugs has done for meth, heroin and cocaine.

These women are burying their heads in the sand. Scholastic Books is the realist here. Single parent, lesbian parents and gay parents exist and denying it by protesting these educational books is just a fruitless effort.

One Million Moms is also a poster child of the American Family Association and is promoted heavily on American Family Radio, a 'ministry' of the AFA. Do not underestimate the power of these nitwits. They are a dangerous force operating under the umbrella of Constitutional protection and abetted by tax exempt status.
