What's your preferred dwelling type?
I've lived in an apartment, house, townhouse...condo...
I actually liked the setup of my townhouse best. Just a small outdoor area-- mostly concrete-- but most of the grounds were taken care of by the HOA. Easier to maintain, but less noisy than the apartment I lived in.
What kind of home do you prefer?

@silvereyes some of those Pauley Shore are still funny. They still hold up.
What I’d prefer is not necessarily what I can afford. I prefer mortgage and tax free. That might mean hooking up a tiny house to my truck and having a mobile address, or winning the lottery.
I currently reside in a condo and HOA takes care of maintenance for the grounds. Sometimes I miss having a yard and doing the landscaping of it. There’s a certain pride and sense of accomplishment to that.
What I’d prefer is living on an island in a place with all the modern comforts and no one nearby.
