Oh my gosh, I LOVE Gordon. I will listen to the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald on repeat.

@Axeman517 - Oh cool, what era was that? I've yet to see him live, and I'd like to - I'm also a fan of his acoustic guitar player Carter Lancaster who himself is a recording artist.

@Hominid - you definitely should see him while you can. Every time he comes around could be his last, so I go.
I got acquainted with him in the mid 00’s... in Vegas or Reno, he’d come hang out on the casino floor after a show so we had a few conversations. Got to jam with Terry Clements in his room once, who was an amazing gypsy player and a great guy. I miss him!
I was actually trying to convince Gordon to let me produce his next album, and he even called me at home once to discuss it (thankfully a friend was over at the time, or else nobody would believe me lol).
It’s such an honor to be 1 on 1 with someone who’s music you heard on the radio as a child.

@Axeman517 - He's playing in Ottawa Nov. of this year - I just looked up ticket prices... they range from $195 to $445! Unreal... A little too much for this cat.

@Hominid wow that’s odd... usually they’re about $75 or so!
