Ugh. A psych eval ordered, hm. I would think that should have been implemented first.

It says she has to undergo pych evaluation. The weird part to me is she had them in the animal shelter in her home. Wonder if her intentions were good and she just didnt have ability or resources to actually take care of them.

@gigihein That's the more logical conclusion. She tried but was overwhelmed. It doesn't mention if she had any help.
