Yes, and as incomes will be therefore cut in Nigeria, they will have to make the up the shortfall but becoming scammers and joining up free dating sites trying to "obtain donations" from gullible lonely foreigners.
RIGHT! I could see that going over real well here in America, um, wait maybe not, there are some far right christians here would love to have access to workers money.
