Perhaps writing/blogging, creating content for websites can be done almost anywhere there is internet connection.
You could detail cars if you have a home with a garage/driveway, people can drop their cars off with you for the day. Even waxing cars could be something.

Buy disassembled bookcases from Walmart. Then, take them home, put them together, and sell them at a profit. There are lots of people looking to buy bookcases, who are too busy, or lazy, to put them together themselves; and are happy to buy them at twice what you paid for them. Advertise on Craigslist, or sell them at outdoor flea markets.

Ever thought of a home care or opening a day care? Take in three or four at a time?

Being an Atheist mom to 2 small children should be your full time effort....it won't be easy to teach science and reality to them while they are exposed to so much anti-science and irrational lies from a religious father grandparents and insane church community.....what about your parents ? Any home business requires deep commitments great attention to details and prior investigation regarding your associates suppliers or service providers......most often a home business requires a substantial money investment and/or prior training ....beauty salon, child care, licenses, inspection fees, advertising budget.....maybe you could deliver pizza and take small children with you ? Door Dash ? With so many religious people in your family and church, ask around your congregation what kind of work is available to a mother with children....don't piss any of them off by saying you're an Atheist or the alleged gawds are not answering your prEyers for the money you need to get the fuck away from all the religious fanatics trying to brainwash you into marrying some rich religious nut keeping you barefoot and pregnant
