Of she existed at all, this option would make sense. Pregnancy before marriage meant you died - so a young, pregnant woman would be desperate enough to try anything.

If I'm going to accept "Mary" as a fact, then I'm gonna buy the whole story and from that POV, IMO, "God" raped her.

But then I think it's all BS, so he only raped her in a fictional story.
