By the way, i in th interest of truth and accountability, in your bio, you stated that you attended graduate school. What degrees did you achieve, from what colleges or universities, and what was your major? Your comments lead me to doubt your educational claims.

@Thirst2learn Got caught, didn't you? What else are are you not being truthful about?

@Thirst2learn trying to put up a smoke screen and to dodge again, hyh? Not a chance. If you refuse to answer a legitimate question, your behavior is evident.

@Thirst2learn Not true. Like many conservative politician, you dodged the question.

@Thirst2learn With that kind of an attitude, it is no wonder that you have not grown in wisdom, intelligence critical thinking or morality over the years.

We don't like but this is the reality of socialism.

I'm not a defender of socialism as much as I am seeker of truth.

If North Korea is Socialist, then what in the world is America? England? Iran? The Congo? Peru? Canada? Iceland? Spain? Vietnam?

Go ahead and make it all up.... call them all what you want.

WHATEVER

@Thirst2learn Hatred ( & mistrust) is a basis for many religions. Our secular, government schools do not teach hate. Yet, they are derided by the right for "indoctrination". Pot calling the kettle black ?

@Thirst2learn

How do you generalize so randomly? Professors do not teach Conservative vs Democrat views. Maybe a tin pot Christian college in the South mixes subject matter with God and politics but I believe respected academia in the US does not do that. This random bashing and generalization on both sides make you lose your argument.

@Thirst2learn
Didn't Vietnam opposition prove to be right and successful? Being on the right side of the history and speaking out against it everybody's civil responsibility.

@Thirst2learn

You will quote Washington Examiner, I will quote Washington Post. Neither tells the truth. Each media has a biased agenda.

The Washington Examiner is an American conservative news website and weekly magazine based in Washington, D.C. It is owned by MediaDC....

@St-Sinner IDK any professors personally. I've done a lot of work for them tho. Probably Dem & Lib mostly. Also honest, various backgrounds, various interests and hobbies. Many have skills outside the teaching realm. I agree, not good to generalize

It is hard to believe you cannot see that North Korea Is a despotic dictatorship, with absolutely nothing to do with Socialism at all....a child of 5 could easily understand it, but not you......

@Thirst2learn America has been socialist since almost forever ....if you count graft, and corruption. It's not the Socialism that really bothers anyone anyway....It's who gets it or might get it that freaks people out

@Thirst2learn Must you insult everyone who disagrees with your tripe?

All Americans and especially socialism loving members here watch this every day.

@Wangobango3 Your understanding of socialism is rosy. Actual socialism is not pretty.

North Korea, most religious nation on earth. You'd think that they hate socialism

@Thirst2learn They have the Holy Trinity

@Thirst2learn They worship Gods. The Grandfather, the Son and the Grandson.

Tell us what you mean when you use the term "socialist" to describe American people. Tell us what socialism is and is not, as you understand it. Do you the integrity and guts to do that?

I have a strong hunch that you are simply at it again. mis-defining and mis-portraying things to make a point that does not exist. We honest, patriotic members on this site are watching you and will hold you accountable for any falsehoods.

@Thirst2learn I asked for a serious answer. If that is all that you have, you have simply displayed your ignorance and your intent to deceive.

@Thirst2learn Again, you display your ignorance. Communism is the Marxist form of socialism. It is a total system ideology that will never work. There are numerous other forms of socialism, some of which are very democratic and blend with free enterprise. If you do not know that, you are not qualified to spread a point of view based on reactionary ignorance.

In your bio you state that you have a college background. In all of y0our posts, I have not seen anything which would indicate a serious education.

@Thirst2learn wow, are you able to feed yourself unassisted?

@Thirst2learn ummmm, communism is NOT socialism, not ever....Stalin knew that, Lenin knew that,Marx knew that, but you? Not so much.....

@Thirst2learn You continue to embarrass yourself with both your open display of ignorance and with your tendency to try to disparage anyone who disagrees wit you and holds you accountable for what you say.

@Thirst2learn When you call me a communist,
you prove what a damnable ignorant liar you are. I stood up against communism in Berlin in 1961. I have always been an opponent of communism, especially after seeing it first hand in East Berlin. In graduate school, as a staunch opp0nent of communism, I believed that you have to know your enemy to defeat him. Consequently I studied the theory and practice of communism and understand how wrong it is, what its flaws are and how to defeat it. You don not defeat it with wild ign0orance such as you show.

When you call me a communist you just show what a damnable sni8veling liar you, desperate to defame rather than admit that you don't know shit about anything of importance. No wonder you are so gullible to wild conspiracy theories. As long as you post your lying ignorance on this site, I will make sure that you and all others who read your crap hear the truth.

@wordywalt Can you make an argument without calling names and being abusive?

@Thirst2learn where did he say that,exactly? You said it, just you.......

@Another example of false assumptions and reasoning. I do not support redistribution of wealth. I do support governmental programs which will result our people and country need. If that means higher taxes, so be it. As Nobel Prize winning economist Paul Krugman points out, it is not the amassing of huge wealth by a few that creates jobs, but is simply a thriving and growing middle class.

@Thirst2learn, @St-Sinner wow, you're calling. WORDYWALT out on that?

@Thirst2learn In other words, any governmental action which strengthens our nation is redistribution of wealth? That is patently and destructively absurd!!!!!!!!!

@Thirst2learn
Then, in your opinion, any action which id adopted by a democratically elected U.S. government that is in accord with our constitution and which costs money is socialism, right? That shows how anti-democracy, anti government-in-any-form your views are.

@Thirst2learn Of course I knew that. It was an archaic practice inappropriate to modern economics.

@Thirst2learn It was not communists that did that, but Republicans and Democrats II believe that it was was the Nixon administration that did it. Was Nixon a communist?
