Don't the damn repubs know that this planet over populated as is and woman have control over bodies.

To them, overpopulation is an opportunity for businesses to exploit labor at rack bottom wages.

When a baby is born and draws the first breath of life it becomes a child.

Well according to the bible the governor claims to believe in. the beginning of life is defined as starting with the first breath.

The Mosaic law on Exodus 21:22-25 makes it clear that an embryo or fetus is not a human being. (pg. 88)

The Texas governor doesn't understand much of anything outside his religious indoctrination and brain washing, as is the case with most theists.

Nor does he understand his own professed logic. Faith not fact dictates banning abortion.
“The word ‘abortion’ does not appear in any translation of the Bible. Out of more than 600 laws of Moses, none comments on abortion. One Mosaic law about miscarriage specifically contradicts the claim that the Bible is antiabortion, clearly stating that miscarriage does not involve the death of a human being. If a woman has a miscarriage as a result of a fight, the man who caused it should be fined. If the woman dies, the culprit must be killed.” (pg. 87 referring to Exodus 21:22-25). (Emphasis author’s)
