Science can be strange. Can you imagine the first test subjects?

Patient to Doc: You want to do what??? ?

So that's what the guy was talking about in the Movie "Training Day", when he asked "Did you every have your shit pushed up?"

Ya think? Lol

I worked with a man who had only 6" of colon. The rest had been removed because of Krohn's disease. He only had the 6" because 4 days before the operation to remove that last 6" he started drinking aloe vera juice. In 4 days and for ten years thereafter he never had further attack. His specialist when asked why didn't you tell me about aloe vera replied "because it has not been medically proven and I do not mind getting thousands of dollars for each bit that I amputated".

That's messed up.

@BeeHappy That's the hypocrisy of the Hippocratic oath.

@FrayedBear I say so.

Hahaha!

wow-someone with chronic chrones disease might find relief. Have 2 friends that might benefit by this procedure. Don't think they can overcome the stigma.

Crohns and Colitis - etc... it makes sense that you can repopulate the gastric track with better stuff. I actually watched a program where they showed how this is done. Preparing the poop.

I heard about this a few years ago, there are some conditions it is very helpful for. Kinda gross, but lots of medical stuff is.

Am aware. lol

We mustn't let our prejudices shut the door to radical concepts such as this. "It doesn't make sense" must not stifle "Let's take a look."

I concur.

it actually makes total sense and has helped a lot of people

Exactly!
