She must have misread the bill and thought she was voting for a lynching bill, not an anti lynching bill. 
@Barnie2years Louis Gohmert and Lauren Boebert voted yes. Andrew Clyde is from Georgia, so Marjorie Taylor Greene isn't even the worst congress person from Georgia.
They want to be sure to preserve all of their options while in robe and hood.
