Yuval brings up many really good points that few are talking about in this excellent conversation. Particularly about nukes and the nuclear age. I agree with him and now see the main advantage of NATO was to keep ownership of nukes confined to few nations. Article 5 made it unnecessary to pursue and build them. Looks, to me (now that Europe can't trust leadership of States) that all bets will be off coming out of Ukraine. A new arms race will heat up and budgets will have little room for environmental concerns.
