Hello! My name is AJ and my pronouns are they/them and he/him. I'm really happy to have found this group! I have gastroparesis and CVS, among other things. I was wondering who else here has GI conditions/issues, what they are, and how we might be able to help each other out.

Celiac disease. It’s under control for the most part. Now it’s Hashimotos and late onset Type 1 diabetes.

[mayoclinic.org] Well apparently I used to have CVS with migraines. I had no idea there was a name for it.

I'm on Botox injections (Head and neck) every three months now and several other things - and they've decreased markedly.

But that one I recognize. Apparently it can happen with or without migraine?
That's got to be fantastic. I always felt extra special when I had that - I had a bucket in the bathroom for a reason. (Sigh).
I still believe it could happen at any time. Some experiences are impossible to forget.

What was suggested to me and found to be really helpful is a low fiber diet. I usually try to have 5-6 smaller meals and snacks throughout the day and try to limit fiber to 4-5 grams per meal.
