Tyrion does something I've never known a cat to do...if I sneeze or cough, he mews at me. If I cough much he mews again and leaves the room as if I were annoying him.

They talk about animals being smart , because they recognize the names we gave them . My female cat gave me a name as well , it's M-a-a-a-a-a-a . I think it translates into either , " pet me, " or ," feed me ." The male talks to me as well , but I haven't figured out how to spell his name for me , although it's quite similar to what the female calls me . He's very affectionate . I'm reasonably certain his name for me is more like , "rub my chin , pet me , play music on my ribs , and I love to curl up on your lap ." They also have another phrase I hear frequently , that translates into , we or I've caught a lizard , better come pick it up and put it outside , before I bite his legs and tail off .

Kiri does this all the time, & she really yells at us if we sneeze while she's sleeping.

Yep. Tyrion definitely mews louder if he was asleep before the cough/sneeze
