I mean I agree. Just like roasting a pig, no not really that would be doing what they did, instead of that, judge them, put them in jail, until they are able to be given a challenge. Take them a hundred miles off the coast of San Francisco and let them swim back if they make it they get to go to jail and I will help pay for it. I do not want to pay for these creatures while they are in jail. Feed the fish.
