The madness definitely not over. Dangerous precedents have been set and powers unleashed. Next demagogue won’t be a buffoon. I’ll feel better if we get back the senate, or Biden will be as ineffective as Obama. Don’t count on Trump slipping quietly into the dark either. There are 70 million gullible idiots who voted for him, and we were probably only “saved” by the pandemic. We need major reforms to restore democracy.

Outside of the U.S. "shenanigans" is an affectionately indulgent term we use when Jimmy takes an extra cookie from the cookie jar; not on the cusp of an authoritarian/fascist takeover.
