@SeaGreenEyez Yes I am aware of all that, my warped sense of humor gets me thru the sadness I feel over the whole race issue. There's also the fact if slaves or blacks back in those days tried to get educated they could be killed. For a person of color to take part in this is disturbing also, the whole thing is layered in ways I don't want to visit - at the moment.
If this couple find the idea of this sort of love conquering all story romantic, it is nobody's business but their own.
Have people got nothing better to be concerned about in this day and age?
