Yep, judges aren't doctors or many other things.

So the first judge is not qualified to rule on a medical case, but the second one is? And what gives anyone the right to prevent someone else from taking a medication that is prescribed to them?

@BDair Judges do not need to be doctors to understand that the entire medical establishment , outside of a couple of nuts, has declared Invermectin to be a bogus treatment. If this was prescribed, I would suggest that the Rxing doctor be reviewed for possible license suspension.
The 2nd judge would be guilty of dereliction of duty, to not overturn the 1st one.
A reasonable judge is not going to sit by and allow someone to play Russian roulette, because it is, somehow, that person's "right."

Also, why should any treatment be denied to a patient, if they can 'pull the plug' on a terminal patient, there is no harm in trying an alternative medication, especially one that has been proven efficacious in over 100 trials around the world.
