Still More Good News?

The apt response in the comments from HiVoter:
"This is all wonderful news but overarching this “good stuff” is the overall decline in democracy in the USA, partly due to there being no evidence that the DOJ is holding Trump and his bunch of grifters to account, as well as continuing DOJ activities which seem counter to their mandate, like continuing to defend Trump from civil and even criminal charges. We can only hope that the effort to restore democracy is going on behind the scenes. Meanwhile, since it is being flouted so openly by the Republican Party and the right wing, many are losing faith and hope in the rule of law."
Beginning to think DOJ stands for Delay Our Justice….
One may never know, actually, until it is too late.
The average simple '"slip & fall" lawsuit takes 3-5 years to finish.
Do you want fast & slipshod, so they can wriggle off, or rock-solid in-depth investigating before bring All the applicable chwrges?
@AnneWimsey not fast and slipshod, but do expect focused and effective, with a little transparency and occasional updates.
