This is amazing news!!! The judge ordered him retried and the DA declined and released him. When I worked at Angola, he was housed in my area. I spoke to him multiple times and he loaned me the book that was written about his case. Unbelievable how it went down. Well, not really- it was in Louisiana. The picture attached is of the lineup where the victim picked him as the perpetrator. You'll notice he's the only one of the 8 that's in handcuffs.

Yep. One of the things he'd been trying to get a court to consider was the 2 victims had said all they knew was it was a black man and that "all black men look alike"
