There have been acts of violence from the Left, for example, during the miners' strike in the UK, but there isn't the mindset on the Left that thinks generally violence is the answer.

@OwlInASack I agree about the provocation - I am originally from South Wales so you can imagine where my sympathies lie - but I don't think violence is ever the best response.
@OwlInASack I know exactly what you mean. As I enter upon the last few years of my life, I sometimes toy with the idea of ending my days taking out the most evil person/people I can get near too. After all, who would suspect a little old lady of murderous intent!
