80 degrees yesterday with plenty of sun. Then, .64" of rain. Asparagus bed approved. Second cutting. And the bed is just getting going.

Thanks for the reminder. I need to harvest my crop. What we don't often see here are the white varieties. These are cultivated in Asia and Germany where the plants are covered in dirt and blanched. Gives a superior taste and texture.
