What is the vine in the first picture ?

Green grape. I don't know the variety - I inherited it & its taken 6 years of TLC to get to what you see. The trellis only went in last year.

A picture is worth a thousand words. In this case 6,000. I am working the front forty cutting down the invasive trees of the prairie. Mostly sumac & black walnut. & Asia honeysuckle. 5 years of neglect. Oaks are pruned from election day to tax day. Oak wilt prevention. It is a good thing for me that hard physical work is always a joy. I worked outside for 30 some years in the northern Illinois area in several different capacities. Plant natives & cut the work by 80%. Maybe that is the secret. Cut the work by 80%.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
