my favorite. I used to grow them in CA. My mother’s china is Royal Adderley Cornflower, which I am now passing on to my eldest niece.
It’s beautiful, but that doesn’t look like my cornflowers.

Cornflowers look different nearly every day. There is probably variation due to soil conditions. The older they get, the paler they are in color.

Yes, I did on my walk around my neighbourhood. Just around the corner from where I live.
