This is a beautiful and well-organized example of it, and good for them and for the planet! There's an excellent documentary on regenerative agriculture, Kiss the Ground, that I think is still on Netflix. It certainly made sense, and made me want to embrace their methodologies.
It looks beautiful. however, everything is planted so closely together, how do you harvest without stepping on the produce?
