The brown scale lizards are normally a sign that spring has come to stay, I hope they are right. This little fellow has been around for several years now and keeps the larger bugs in check

It's a desert lizard, so if you had them in Florida, you'd be in trouble.

I used to have a few lizards in my yard but my cat's have taken care of that! Poor lizards!

I used to find dead lizards all the time, since most of the cats are gone I only see one or two a year now.

@glennlab It's sad but that's what cat's do! I always find the bottom halves of whatever they kill.

Huge hatch of tiny swirling insects in my backyard yesterday as i was admiring all my daffodils that are blooming close to a month early...some belonged to my grandma and they Clearly have noticed Global Warming.
