Don't boil corn, you throw out the flavor with the water, roast it in the husk.
Agree.
And we only boil "taters to make "tater salad.
I boil it in the husk, and sometime with some grease, such as chicken or meat skin or fats. I like it boil, or steam as its much softer. Roasting, dry my corn out.
I microwave. It's quicker, more energy efficient and it preserves more nutrients.
