I threw all my extra tomatoes in a pot this morning...added in fresh basil and oregano from my garden...and lots of garlic...a few peppers from the garden too...some s/p....and now I have tomato sauce for my vegan eggplant parm (cashew cheeze) tomorrow. I also made a pitcher of lemon/limeade.
