Good number of spuds there. Yukon Gold has never been my preferred potato, they are a commercial production potato, the choice of potato processors. As boiled potatoes I have found that they tend to starch out, but all new potatoes are delicious so, enjoy.
I gave this first bunch to a friend of ours who runs the island library, she and her husband were thrilled to get them.
