Hello gardeners, I'm not counting the days anymore. So this is today, The cucumbers are coming back to life after the rain, the zucchini and yellow squash are still producing, starting to get spaghetti squash are starting to ripe one by one.and the tomatoes are more every day.

Fried green tomatoes? I used to quarter them up and put them in with cubed potatoes, squash, and little olive oil in a foil packet on the grill. Excellent.

Green tomatoes make a great relish as well I turn mine over to my sister and get some relish back. Great on burgers and in sandwiches.

@kenriley , I liked them better like that. The oil from frying didn't overpower the taste.

@HeathenFarmer , I have a sister that makes it too. It's wonderful.

@freeofgod Blessed be sister when we lack certain culinary skills ourselves, LOL.

The heat damaged things a little, left scars I see. Nice harvest though.

@kenriley Thanks, I bought that hat in Grand Haven, Michigan it works well in the spring and autumn temps and has a pliable wire in the brim that allows me to shape it depending upon the amount of sun and wind.
