Some time ago, like about thirty years I was told by a politically savvy person that Abortion is a political issue as it gets votes and money, especially for the republicans as they will lie about their support. The issue is not about actually banning abortion, as then what would their daughters, friends, and mistresses do, but only about garnering support and money. No one in their right mind would actually want this, think about it. Going back to the days when babies were found in garbage cans, ditches and dumps will come back and people will start to see a mistake was made. Who wants their children to be playing in a field and find a dead baby.

I am curious to see how the drop out, suicide,death by infection due to coathanger , rates at "Christian" colleges will be affected once they have done away with abortions and they Kids can't hide the fact that they are having sex like nature and hormones(along with some alcohol).

Exactly and they can afford to make it go away even if it requires flying the friendly skies to Canada.

This decision will make poor people have more babies they can't afford, it will encourage the Bible thumpers to vote for them as a thank you and best of all poor babies grow up hungry and uneducated therefore they will work for less.
