That's just not right. People are unwilling to help the less fortunate, but will give money to the rich. I don't even donate to presidential campaigns, not Republicans, Democrats or Independents.

Yup. The dumbest use of go fund me. Meanwhile a poor man died because he was 50 dollars short of his go fund me goal to purchase his insulin.

People won’t help homeless, because many believe they’re just scammers and/or addicts who don’t want the help. They’ll support the troops, but most do nothing to help homeless vets. Many believe most abuse the welfare and food stamp program, because of a few who buy lobster and steak.

We’re a culture raised on worshiping the rich and we’re convinced by politicians, mostly on the right that the reason why your life sucks is because the poor and immigrants are taking resources away from you.

The problem is systemic across the board because even in progressive Meccas like San Francisco, they ban things like lying on the street and panhandling to “deal” with homelessness while cost of living skyrockets across the board.

Meanwhile class warfare also prevents people from having better lives, because there’s this mindset than anyone can land any job they want at any time like your monthly expenses like rent and utilities will somehow give you reprieve while you find your “dream job”. Sorry I have to work at a place like McDonalds/Wal-Mart because that’s all I can find to make deadlines and ends meet until what I wAnt opens up.

Many of those people lack any shred of empathy. Something like this doesn’t shock me at all, because we sooner donate to frivolous causes than help those really in need.

This is why millennials refuse to break their damn back when you can just make money like this.
