I have a once a week injection of exenatide, a hormone derived from the saliva of the Gila monster, a poisonous lizard found in the Southwestern United States and Mexico.
It results in levels seriously coming down if sugar is eaten last thing at night and slows other processing down.
You disparaging bears? Could get thugly.

I had to look up "thugly" in the Urban Dictionary: "An adjective to describe a person dressed in ugly, thug style clothes."
Yea, that could be a side effect of gummy bears.
