Six and a half years and sometimes it seem like yesterday and at other time, a lifetime ago.

The years go by so fast, but our memories remain like it was just yesterday. 😍 It’s been 4 years for me.

I'm so sorry. Time moves in funny ways with our memories. I know all it takes is hearing his voice and I'm instantly transported to long ago moments as though they were in real time. It can simultaneously be a comfort and a torment. I hope yours are mostly a comfort.

thank you and yes I've moved on. But as we know anniversaries always seem to offer a sad reminder of what could have/should have been don't they?

Hope you are doing well too

@bookofmorons I am, thank you, although I sometimes think of the me in an alternate universe in which he didn't die, and my life would have been very different. Not in a morbid way, but with just a tiny tinge of regret.

@Lauren understand that feeling of what could have been completely
