I'm a bit depressed that I can't go for my usual light jog. Doc said no more.
I'm going to have to do aquatic therapy for a while. I have to get some type of exercise or I'll feel sad.

The aquatic exercise will be extremely therapeutic....I love the water. Been swimming since very young...remembering that our waters around the British Isles are chilly to say the least! We had an outdoor swimming pool where we used to go on holiday when I was a child and I remember the shock to the system when first entering the water! We also swam in the sea...it was the cold, cold North Sea!! Now, unless I’m on holiday in the Med. or other warmer climes, it’s indooor swimming only.
