Seriously?!?!? Have you been able to overcome this? I had a depressed episode in my 20's and would suffer panic attacks and I just kept saying this ain't ME. I finally did find someone to help me and I ain't ever going back there again. I was like a 3 year process and finally the otter re immerged. wishing you well.
