I’m just leaving Tradet Joe's now, they looked good but the fun of making them with my Daughter is worth the work
I made gnocchi once. It was a lot of work for a just ok dinner. You need a lot of time and a lot of counter space!

It won’t happen often but I would make them again. Had them in Rome in 1976 so it was a trip down memory lane
