I might profess a lot of things and then you would have to fact check me and prove what I was professing. At least that's how it should be. If you are "selling your brand" it all might be a little different. You will profess so many things that most sane people will not believe you.

I listen to people whine about why their stuff is late getting to their printer even though it's 5 days before the deadline. I tell them my crayon sharpener is in the shop for repairs.
