I thought it was just me.?

@Wildgreens no you in a Biiiigly club...

I got off a particularly difficult phone call, tossed my headset on my desk and heard they guy at the next desk laugh. And I asked him, "did I just say what I was thinking out loud?" Yeah, I did. My comment was "jeeeesus." FML, that is not something I want to say out loud at work ever!

It can be a cuss word...I have said it myself as a cuss word, because I wasn’t calling on a guru!

I often decide not to say particular things but when my mouth opens...

Nardi Level 7 June 15, 2018

Oh yeah.... i can overload my ass in a heartbeat. On certain topics i get overwhelmed by stupidity and become stupid myself.

Not you.?

@Wildgreens remember the saying... what are you that argue with an idiot???

Definitely. More often thaN I care to recount. Oy!

I most certainly suffer from 'foot in mouth' disease. smile005.gif

As a child, I was afraid my thoughts would appear in a "thought balloon" over my head, like in cartoons.

My goal is to be kinder and a better listener. I try to be tactful and clear.

I do think that has happen to me, in the not to distant past! Mostly, I try and keep them working together! (Love your bio!)

Of course!! There's what I want to say and what I think I should say. Maybe the interaction of my Id and my Superego...or...pick your own model!?

Tout le temps.

At times? ?

Mikeb56 Level 7 June 15, 2018

Not often but when it does I think of it as more of a subconscious vs conscious neuron debate.

gsiamne Level 7 June 15, 2018

Most definitely!! Lol. I'll know that I should be filter what I say to people and it'll come out blunt, unfiltered and aggressive anyway. I don't mean to be rude but I'm a straight forward no beating around the bush type guy

Much too often !

sloryd Level 7 June 15, 2018

What? Me? Do my brain and mouth sometimes have different agendas? Yes, I mean, heck no. Never.

Most definitely

I think I said that in my profile, Having a unfiltered brain and mouth, always saying what was on my mind. I try hard sometimes to not say things. but doesn't always work for me.

kenriley Level 8 June 16, 2018

At times, yeah ... That's a fair statement. I think it's ok as long it's not the norm

IamNobody Level 8 June 15, 2018

All the time. My brain refuses to be silent, while my mouth stays shut.

Holysocks Level 7 June 15, 2018

Yip,& when i reached puberty my penis devolped a mind if it's own!

Coldo Level 8 June 15, 2018

Yes. Thankfully my thumb and mind are in lockstep so this message is coming through unaltered.

indirect76 Level 7 June 15, 2018

Not too much anymore...

Buddha Level 7 June 15, 2018

I think mine work pretty much together.

jlynn37 Level 8 June 15, 2018

Sometimes I don't know when to shut up. Either I talk too much or not enough.????
