Not yet, but I’m a learnin! Actually passed on an invite to the neighbor’s annual family reunion yesterday.. Still new to SW VA ..I can barely understand them, and they, me 😕 I think I’m getting better deciphering Hillbilly, though ..once you learn which syllables they drop..

Of these, I have seen OTD and BYH used. Never seen DCB, but perhaps that's because I am originally from Indiana and so see DY (damn yankee; a northerner who visited and STAYED) used a lot, instead.

BHH (bless his/her heart) is seen almost daily. I guess it's easier to dis some third party, rather than the one present.
