Donald Trump accused us of being "Shoe Smugglers," and Lily Sandoz responded, "Canadians therefore, are basically heels and have no sole while stringing along Wash. and making it toe the line. I guess Canadians will be accused of smuggling underwear next, TSA will be patting our crotches to make sure we aren't wearing two pairs of underwear when we cross the border.

@surfpirate I live in Springfield Illinois where Abraham Lincoln is buried. People have been saying that there is a mysterious whirring noise emanating from the vault where he is buried. Honest Abe must be spinning in his grave over what has become of the Republican party helped form.

Jeez - I hope that orange dumpster doesn't make Canadians think all Americans don't like them.
I agree that more Americans are crude and rude compared to most Canadians I've met, but we like and admire Canadians, and we're always threatening to move there. Especially after the 2016 election.
And also, where would our US movie industry be without all those talented Canadian actors, and beautiful, inexpensive locations in which to film US TV series?

Trust me on this, we don't, but he's certainly straining the bonds of friendship for many.We're receiving lots of friendship messages across the net from all parts of the country, by the millions. But it's also great comedy relief, even if it is also worrying at times.
