Is the purpose of this site really just dating? I found out about it because I was thinking about what a future partner might look like and I said to myself..."I really need to find someone who is also agnostic." But since Ive joined, I feel like Im enjoying the discussions more than Im looking at guys. Also Im happy to meet women in my area for potential friends with share values. So is it really just dating or is it more of a community?
It really does have both.
I know people who have formed friendships and people who have dated people they've met here.
My words of encouragement are "New people join every day".
And some people don't wait for it to be someone right next door.
Happy hunting!
It seems to be a dating site for intellectuals who want a serious relationship, so the point system encourages discussion and interaction.
It's a new website so there usually isn't yet a big selection of members to date for any given location.
Having just signed on a few weeks ago, I consider this primarily a forum for an exchange of ideas and perspectives on interesting topics. I'm not holding my breath on finding love, or even someone to date casually, perhaps because I've not found that on other sites more directly focused on romantic/platonic connections. I've got an eye on possible dating to be sure, but I'm enjoying the conversations here in the meantime.
I really never got that this is a dating site at all. Actually it's kinda weird as far as sites go. Maybe I just stopped caring but when I start dating again I'm sure it won't be from this site
Agnostic.com is both a dating and discussion website. If you like the discussions, have fun!
If you want to find someone to date, do a search of members in your area. It's that simple.
Precisely
I'd say community. I gave up on dating for personal reasons, though.
