There's a man in our community known as "monkey man" (he always has several stuffed monkeys on/around him) He's mentally ill to some degree, (has had people reach out to him) looks about 70, always unkempt, long crazy beard, dirty clothes, but he's endeared to everyone around and seems happy most always. Today I was turning at the light he hangs out at (plays guitar) and looked across the street at him. He made eye contact with me... he grabbed his chest, pointed at me and blew me a kiss. I don't care who you are, tell me in pretty and I giggle like a school girl

@pepperjones Fear has a lot to do with it. Being called out for harassment, jealous spouses and boyfriends, or getting that "look" from the woman as if you just flashed her. There is on the other hand no excuse for your significant other not telling you on a regular basis, even if they are not trying to get laid ?
I think that it is rather lovely. I find that the most interesting people are the ones who are eccentric free spirits.

@pepperjones Nah, he wouldn't say that. He'd just grab you by the... then just punch him. lol I think you are pretty (and I am assure you are taken), but sometimes little comments like this can make a persons day.
@pepperjones I tend to be a people pleaser,but some confuse kindness with weakness. Hopefully that mad your day a little better.
