This could end up as a court case. Underage vs US. By summoning demons, that is a spirit. A child going into a liquor store could also be considered summoning spirits.

Ouija...or yes yes boards from the french and german do not and have never connected people to demons or the dead...ever...it was trademarked to the Parker brothers and now to Hasbro it was meant to be a game for 8 year old upwards and sold as a parlour game...until twats decided they could communicate with dead people for no apparent reason.

I was lucky when I lived in Connicticut the drinking age back then was 18.
But even at that I had facial hair that made me look 18 even when I was just 16.
Back then it was pretty laxed, so I was never questioned when I bought beer.

And do not forget... 18 to vote. That lead me to question why requires less age to vote than to drink alcohol.

Not only that but when you are 18 they can give you a gun and send you over seas to kill people, but you can't have a beer afterwards.

Apparently demons are not as dangerous as spirits.

I dare say alcohol is real, alcohol's effects on the body and brain have been confirmed by science enough to be regarded as fact.

Demons are not a scientifically verified phenomenon. And because mythology and folklore fascinate me I've done some research. The necessary ritual strategies to summon, bind, and protect oneself of the beings which would have been found in any of the Solomon-related texts or any other book on Demonology are very specific and if the right protections aren't employed you're dead, drooling insane, or you disappear forever.

I'm pretty sure if kids using ouija boards could summon demonic or ghostly entities we would know it...because Discovery or Travel channel would run a reality show with some goth-y douche summoning and interviewing demons.

Hilarious - I think I was 11 when I summoned my first demon. 16 for my first beer (I was a late bloomer). LOL
